Joanie Métivier is certified, with distinction, by the Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and was the first woman from Quebec to complete the Whisky Ambassador program. She also writes about wine and has travelled extensively to perfect her knowledge and expertise, which she thoroughly enjoys sharing with guests.
She’ll be more than happy to speak with you to find out what you’re looking for.She’ll stop by your table to make sure your selections are living up to your expectations.
