Terms and Conditions
Rates
The rates offered on our website exclude the applicable taxes as well as the mandatory resort fee from 2022/01/11. Thus will be added to the cost of stay, the taxable resort fee of $16 per night, the GST (5%) and the QST (9.975%).
Check-in and Check-out
We guarantee your accommodation no later than 16:00 the day of your arrival. Your accommodation must be returned no later than 11h00 on the day of your departure; you can then continue to enjoy our site. In addition to the cost of your booking, a security deposit of 300$ per night will be required upon check-in.

Reservation required for dinner, please contact the hotel or restaurant directly. We give priority to hotel guests.
Pets
Animals are strictly forbidden on the entire property. In the event of a repeat violation of this rule, please note that a fee of $200+tx per night may apply. Only service dogs with an official certificate signed by a doctor are allowed.
Resort Fees
The resort fees are charged $24 taxable, and include :

- Wireless high-speed Internet;
- Parking (indoor or outdoor, depending on your type of accommodation);
- Board games and card games;
- Activity Passport.
Cancellation
Free cancellation offered more than 72 hours from your arrival date. Within the 72h, one night + taxes will be charged.
