Rates
The rates proposed on our site exclude applicable taxes as well as the mandatory stay fees. Thus will be added to the cost of stay, the taxable stay fees of $24 per night, the GST (5%) and the QST (9.975%).
Arrival and departure
We guarantee your accommodation by 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Your accommodation must be returned no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure; you may then continue to enjoy our site. A security deposit will be required at check-in, it corresponds to the amount of your reservation + $300 per night.
Restaurant Le Riverain
Reservations are required for evening meals, please contact the hotel or the restaurant directly. We give priority to hotel guests for reservations.
Animals
Only certified service animals are accepted, no charge.
Staying costs
There is a $24 taxable fee for the stay, which includes:
– Nespresso coffee maker in room;
– High speed wireless internet;
– Parking (indoor or outdoor depending on your type of accommodation);
– Board games and card games;
– Activity passport.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation with less than 72 hours notice of your expected arrival, a cancellation fee of one night will be charged. Failure to show up will also result in a charge for the first night of your stay.
