From afternoon to evening, come and enjoy one of our fabulous platters of charcuterie, cheese or oysters, in the magical atmosphere of the mythical Le Cove Bar. Take advantage of the Cove’s large collection and our in-house expertise; about fifty scotches and fifteen gins,
including Quebec products. Here, the bright daytime light that streams through the bay windows – with a view of the lake – gives way to intimate lighting at dusk that encourages friendly or romantic exchanges.
