Booking conditions
Rate
The rates shown on our website exclude applicable taxes as well as mandatory lodging fees effective as of 2022/01/11. An additional taxable lodging fee of $24 per night will be applied, along with GST (5%) and QST (9.975%).
Check-in and Check-out
We guarantee your accommodation will be ready no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, your accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.; you are then welcome to continue enjoying
Le Riverain Restaurant
Reservations are required for all meals. Please contact the hotel or the restaurant directly. Priority is given to hotel guests.
Pets
Pets are strictly prohibited throughout the property. In case of repeated violations of this policy, please note that a fee of $200 + tax per night may apply. Only service dogs with an official certificate signed by a physician are permitted.
Lodging Fee
The lodging fee of $24 (plus tax) per night includes:

Cancellation Policy
โข Free cancellation: more than 72 hours before the arrival date.
โข Cancellation within 72 hours: the first night + applicable taxes will be charged.
โข No show: the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Villa Space
Booking Conditions
Minimum Stay Requirement
For our villas, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. However, on certain dates, a minimum stay of 3 nights may apply.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is taken at the time of booking, and the balance is charged 7 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made 7 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged to the credit card.
Check-in and Check-out
We guarantee your accommodation will be ready no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, your accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.; you are then welcome to continue enjoying our property. A security deposit of $750 will be requested at check-in. It will be refunded 7 days after departure.

Reservations are required for dinner. Please contact the hotel or the restaurant directly. Priority is given to hotel guests.
Pets
Only service animals with official certification from a physician are accepted, with no additional fees. Otherwise, animals are not permitted on the property.

Housekeeping
Please note that housekeeping service is not provided during your stay. If you would like this service, it is available at a cost of $120 + tax. Requests must be made at the reception desk by 1:00 p.m. the day before.
Cancellation Conditions
โข Free cancellation: more than 30 days before the arrival date.
โข Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
โข Cancellation within 7 days: the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Villa Space Regulations
For an enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you respect our regulations.
Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you wish to arrive earlier, please inform one of our reception agents to check availability.
Late check-out will incur a fee of $150/hour + tax. Our facilities are entirely non-smoking; a fee of $200 + tax per rental day will be applied in case of violation of this rule. Additional fees may also be charged to cover any damage, breakage, or theft caused in the Villa Space or within the units, furniture, items, or other property, as well as any extra cleaning required at the end of the stay to restore the villa to its original state.
Ripplecove Hotel & Spa reserves the right to terminate the rental at any time if the guest fails to comply with the conditions or violates the regulations in force. We also reserve the right to refuse any reservations that appear to be party groups.
We require our guests to remain respectful at all times. Evictions and fines will apply in cases of non-compliance with the regulations.
No excessive noise will be tolerated after 10:00 p.m. (out of respect for the neighborhood).
No pets are permitted; a fee of $200 + tax per rental day will be applied for the presence of any undeclared animal.
Parking along the roads is not permitted. Please use designated parking spaces.
