A native of the region, Vincent is a firm believer in the rich produce of the Eastern Townships. Having grown up on a farm not far from here, our Chef is undeniably in love with his region and the land, but above all, he鈥檚 always on the lookout for the latest flavors to bring you a rich and refined cuisine! BREAKFAST AND LUNCH MENUs
The morning dew Menu and Lunch Menu
The breakfast menu is available from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, the breakfast menu is replaced by the brunch menu, served from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The lunch menu is available from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
*From November 3 to June 1st 2026, Le Riverain will be closed for weekday lunches (Monday to Friday).

DINNER MENUS
Table d鈥檋么te Menu and Discovery Menu
Immerse yourself in an exceptional culinary experience at Le Riverain with our Discovery Menu, where each dish is meticulously paired with carefully selected wines.
The table d鈥檋么te menu is available Sunday to Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Friday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The Discovery Menu is available daily from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
These menus are served exclusively in Le Riverain鈥檚 dining room.
*From Monday, November 3, to Wednesday, December 17, 2025, Le Riverain will be closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, and open from Thursday to Sunday according to the regular schedule.
