1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 p.m.
  • Check out by 11:00 a.m.
  • You may continue to enjoy the property after checkout.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and depending on availability (fees apply).

2.  Is there a minimum number of nights required for reservations?

  • Yes.
  • A minimum stay may apply on Fridays and Saturdays during high season.
  • Requirements vary depending on the time of year and the type of accommodation.
  • We recommend checking the exact conditions at the time of booking.

3. Is there a minimum stay for the villas?

  • Minimum stay of 2 nights.
  • Some dates may require 3 nights or more (during high season, holidays, long weekends).
  • Check exact conditions with our reservations team.

4. Do you offer on-site dining?

  • Le Riverain: a fine dining restaurant with a stunning view of Lake Massawippi.
  • Bistro Le Cove: a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
  • Dinner reservations at Le Riverain are required, with priority given to hotel guests.

5. Are pets allowed at Ripplecove?

  • Pets are generally not allowed on the property.
  • Exception: the Classic Lake View Room in the Massawippi Pavilion allows dogs, even if they are not service animals.
  • Certified service dogs are accepted at no additional charge with valid medical documentation.

6. What is included in the resort fee?

Daily fee of 26$CAD per night (plus tax), including:

  • Nespresso coffee machine in the room
  • High-speed Internet
  • Indoor or outdoor parking
  • Board games and cards
  • Seasonal Activity Passport
  • Access to lakeside relaxation areas

7. What activities are available on the property?

Yes. Ripplecove offers both indoor and outdoor wellness facilities, including:

  • Outdoor saunas
  • Heated outdoor pool, open from mid-May to mid-October

These facilities are designed for relaxation and do not include a thermal circuit experience.

  • Outdoor access is required to reach the main building
