A native of the region, Vincent is a firm believer in the rich produce of the Eastern Townships. Having grown up on a farm not far from here, our Chef is undeniably in love with his region and the land, but above all, he’s always on the lookout for the latest flavors to bring you a rich and refined cuisine! Vincent celebrates the Townships.

In addition to being a sommelier, Joanie Métivier is also an author and columnist. She enjoys being able to directly interact with clients at Le Riverain, making sure her recommendations complement their dishes.
